Chardonnay Grapes Available-You make

by George Vierra » Sat Nov 01, 2008 5:01 pm

A friend has a Chardonnay vineyard in Petaluma. When the grapes were picked and sold on Friday, October 17th, the grapes tested at Brix was 23 plus. He has 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 tons of grapes left over. He’d like wine made from it. You make and he gets part of the final bottled wine. He has a barn, but no equipment or cooperage. Anybody interested?

I think you'll get a better response if you post it here: http://www.winepress.us/forums/index.php?showforum=6. It a wine forum for wine makers and grape growers.
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.

Howie, you should have asked for free shipping! :D
Yes, and how many deaths will it take 'til he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind
