Any BUTT** wines/deals you've discovered lately? I really haven't found any great deals in quite a while, so I'm willing to live vicariously.

Florida Jim seems to get things about 30-50% cheaper than anywhere else I've seen,
maybe you could ask him? I certainly haven't seen any bargains in awhile.

Funny you should mention it - come down here to Bloomington and you can get the Torres Vina Brava Red, and Rose for $5. I'd buy a case of each without a second thought if I had the budget.

Kind of. But you must understand that with an alcohol monopoly, nothing is genuinely cheap. But having said that, I was so impressed with JM Burgaud's Morgon Côte du Py 2007 that I think I will buy quite a number of bottles even though it costs 17€ here.

06 Jakoby Mathy Kinheimer Rosenberg Spatlese at $15. Gorgeous wine, and under screwcap, which makes it even more likeable.
