A blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Light cherry red in the glass.
Nothing much going on on the nose.
Medium bodied, quite tangy, cherry and raspberry fruit, red licorice, drying.
A mouthwatering finish, with a bit of cherry.
An okay wine for pizza night. What I found strange is that the wine started out a little fat, with rich, almost sweet, fruit, and then turned tart and drying.
