WTN: '09 Louis Cheze "Caroline", St-Joseph

Bought this '09 Louis Cheze "Caroline", St-Joseph from WTSO several years ago and had one or two bottles. For those who have some and were smart enough to delay gratification, you where very astute. This was my last bottle, and it was "bombs away"! Completely resolved and open for business. Absolutely delicious with grilled pork tenderloin. It seems to me that St.-Jo has upped its game over the last 5-6 years and clearly moved ahead of Croze-Hermitage, though they have had great vintages there recently as well. If you have 'em, smoke 'em. It is ready.
