Snacks: a visual comparison.

A couple of weeks ago, I asked for suggestions for low calorie snacks. Folks as usual were very helpful, and my fridge has a pretty good supply of new alternatives.

My thanks to all who contributed.

I also liked this site, which has a visual representation of 120 calorie servings of various foods:

Nice! Just this weekend I was on a picnic and turned down a cup of regular Pepsi and suggested my date look at the number of (empty) calories in an 8 ounce serving. (And this is coming from a guy who will devour two 18 inch pizzas without batting an eyelash.)
And now what?
