That's pretty much the way I make it too, Larry. Except I use beef stock instead of water. It makes a more complex finished product.

I serve it in a large flat bowl with shredded raw cabbage, chopped onions, red chile, and a squeeze of lime over everything.

(Great, now that has to go on my weekend cooking list too!)
