Swiss Walnut Cake - step by step pictures - Swiss classic!

Here we have a very traditional Swiss Walnut Cake. In Switzerland it is called "Engadiner Nusstorte" or "Tuorta da nusch". This cake brings back good memories as I grew up on the swiss border and I often bought this cake at the MIGROS on the swiss side.
