Chocolate "Nemesis" - Mission accomplished!

by Martin Barz » Mon Feb 11, 2008 5:45 am

Chocolate "Nemesis" is one of the most famous chocolate cake on earth invented by Ruth Rogers and Rose Gray from the well-known Rest. "River Café" in London. There are articles in NYTimes and The Guardian about failed trials to recook it. The famous british writer Julian Barnes wrote about his downfall to make this cake.
Last week-end, I made this cake for the first time and it was a success. Lovely juicy cake and based on an updated recipy from the two girls. Stay tuned for the recipy and slideshow in the coming days..........

P.S. Here is a first photo:

Martin, I gained 5 pounds just looking at that picture. Looks like a great cake to make for a family gathering (my family, especially!).
