Hey, cool, another baker ! Welcome Duane ! Gorgeous bread - is that the sourdough you mentioned above ? I bake my own bread as well, and Larry Greenly is our resident Bread Yoda. Most of my loaves are sourdoughs - I was just about to post on today's bake...

Hi Celia. Yes that is the whole wheat sourdough bread that I make. I was exploring making all different kinds of bread then I made this formula. I really like it so I haven't explored any other formulas for a while. All the bread I have been making is with sourdough starter, I'm to cheap to buy yeast when I can get it for free.
