Jamon Iberico available in the US !

by Jeff Grossman » Mon Feb 18, 2008 4:48 pm

I hope I'm not too far behind the curve, here, but I just found out that jamon iberico -- ham from an acorn-fed traditional swine species -- was approved for sale to the US in 2005, and, with 24 months of curing, is now starting to be available here: http://www.tienda.com/food/jamon_iberico.html

Anyone got a small fortune to spend on it? :?
