Here comes "Baked Apple Ice Cream" or what we call in Europe a Parfait........
Ingredients (serves 10):
2-3 apples
1-2 tsp cinnamon (or 1/2 stick each apple)
2-3 cloves
2-3 tbsp almonds slices
2-3 tbsp hazelnuts
2-3 tbsp raisins
50ml white wine
50ml white rum
5 egg yolks
500ml cream
120g sugar
2-3 tbsp aged rum
