RCP: Gnocchi Picandou

Here we have a delicious 10min. dish.............

Ingredients (serves 2):
500g gnocchi
2 picandou goat cheese
200g cream
chives

This sounds wonderful Martin. I really love Gnocchi! My family makes theirs with Ricotta cheese instead of potato. I find them to be much lighter. Sounds like a wonderful match with the goat cheese sauce. Thanks for posting this!

Hi Maria,

yes, with Ricotta the Gnocchis are much more lighter. The goat cheese give this dish a sublime touch and worth to recook.
In addition open a nice bottle of white wine and you have a very tasty meal ready in 10min.
