Carribbean night at Supper Club

One of the coolest things about our little dinner group is that every dinner starts with a good themed cocktail. Last weekend, for Carribean food, it was the Hemingway Dacquiri, which I've been craving another one of ever since. It was an awesome meal!

Here's a report of the dinner:

Jenise, was the dinner held at your house? If so that view, and maybe just one dacquiri, would be all i'd need....BEAUTIFUL! BTW, the food looks wonderful as I'm a true lover/aficionado of jerk.

Drew no, at another couple's house about 20 miles south of me. It was a gorgeous evening to be sure. And interesting: I can't remember ever having an entire evening of Carribbean food, anytime or anywhere. Was a great choice by the hosts.

Sounds (and looks) great! We haven't come up with a theme for our New Years Eve supper yet. This makes me think that Caribbean would be the way to go.
