Getting Testy?

by Bill Spohn » Fri Dec 16, 2022 1:44 pm

I came across a mention of this while looking for something completely different. I was unaware that some places host these events, and I certainly didn't go looking for recipes.

Did anyone else know that this was a 'thing'?

I knew that 'rocky mountain oysters' were consumed though I'd never encountered one, but was totally unaware of the extent of the celebrations about them (evil mind wondering if the events sell T shirts that say "Go Nads, Go!"

Anyone partaken?

Yes, I've read about this event before. I think I've eaten them once, many years ago. There are better meats available.

We were driving through Clinton, Montana, one year about the time they put on their festival. The billboards were quite amusing.
