Subway morons

by Larry Greenly » Sat Jul 14, 2007 9:55 am

Last Tuesday around midnight a local Subway store was broken into and its cash stolen.

Sequence of events:

1. Two Subway employees were fired for bad work habits.

2. A couple of nights later, the store was broken into.

3. The owner reviewed the surveillance tape, which showed:

A. Two individuals entering the back door, wearing hoods and hats.
B. One immediately goes to alarm and shuts it off by punching in code.
C. They clean out money and exit the store.
D. One individual returns, punches in alarm code to reset the alarm.

4. They returned the next day to collect their paychecks.

5. The owner, a bail bondsman, recognized the two.

6. Owner slapped on handcuffs on them & turned them over to police.

Question: Between the timing coincidence, using a copy of a key to enter, knowing the alarm code, looking like the perps in the surveillance film, and coming back for their paychecks, where did the morons screw up? :?

The owner is not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed since he did not change the alarm code.

Who said they went to school?
Yes, and how many deaths will it take 'til he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind.
