Emilio Lustau non-vintage Rare Amontillado "Escuadrilla" ($16.99) Clear light amber color. Delicious walnut and brown sugar, aromas so rich that they seem to jump from the glass. Dry, full and strong, walnut flavors consistent with the nose, laced up with tart acidity and warmth. Long, clean and fine. U.S. importer: Europvin USA, Emeryville, Calif.; "Selected by Christopher Cannan." (March 1, 1998) FOOD MATCH: Served after dinner, went nicely with a bite of Wensleydale cheese.
