Santa Rita 1995 "Medalla Real" Maipo Valley (Chile) Cabernet Sauvignon ($13.79)Clear, dark garnet, with black fruit and spicy oak aromas surrounded by wafts of caramel and green bell peppers. Black fruit flavor, soft and full, with sufficient acidity for structure. Gentle tannins suggest at least modest aging potential.
